Our Story

It Started With a Family Recipe

Our story reaches back to a family recipe from 1930, shaped by generations of Caribbean cooking and the herbs and flavours of Trinidad. BackYard Blendz takes that heritage and makes it practical for the way families cook today.

What began as a familiar kitchen blend is now a five flavour range of fresh Green and Jerk Seasonings, made in Trinidad and Tobago for home cooks who want full flavour without starting every meal from scratch.
