Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into chunks

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  4. Cook the Salmon:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated salmon chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.

    • In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
    • Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant and tomatoes are softened.
